RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, refund and replacement of products sold by Maxxseal LLC (“Maxxseal,” “we,” “us” or “our”) through this website, by phone order, by email order and through authorized Maxxseal dealers. This Policy is incorporated by reference into Maxxseal’s Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with Maxxseal’s Product Use, Warranty & Application Disclaimer.
By purchasing, receiving or using any Maxxseal product—whether ordered online, by telephone, by email or through an authorized dealer—you agree to be bound by this Policy.
SCOPE OF POLICY
This Policy applies to products purchased directly from Maxxseal through its website, by phone order or by email order, as well as products purchased through authorized Maxxseal dealers, subject to the limitations set forth herein. Authorized dealers may maintain their own return and refund policies and where applicable, dealer policies may govern the return process. Maxxseal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require that any return be processed through the original point of purchase.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns may be requested within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, applied, partially used or altered in any manner are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
All returned products must be in resalable condition, as determined solely by Maxxseal. Maxxseal reserves the right to inspect all returned products prior to approving any refund, credit or replacement.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns require prior written authorization from Maxxseal. Products returned without authorization may be refused, returned to the sender at the sender’s expense or disposed of without refund or credit. Issuance of a return authorization does not guarantee acceptance of the return or approval of a refund.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Maxxseal is not responsible for products lost, delayed or damaged during return shipment. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
If a return is approved due solely to a confirmed Maxxseal shipping error or verified damage occurring prior to delivery, Maxxseal may, at its sole discretion, cover return shipping costs or issue a replacement.
RESTOCKING FEES
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (25%) of the original purchase price. Restocking fees are assessed to cover inspection, handling, repackaging and administrative costs and may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis at Maxxseal’s discretion.
Original shipping charges, expedited fees, handling fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Claims for products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Maxxseal within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.
Upon verification of damage or defect, Maxxseal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a replacement or a refund. Maxxseal may require photographic evidence, written documentation and/or return of the affected product prior to resolution of any claim.
CUSTOM, SPECIAL, AND BULK ORDERS
Special-order quantities, bulk ordersand non-standard packaging configurations, including but not limited to large-volume orders and special production runs, are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, at Maxxseal’s discretion. Refunds are processed only after returned products are received, inspected and approved by Maxxseal. Processing times may vary.
Issuance of a refund, replacement or credit does not constitute an admission of defect, fault or warranty coverage.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Returns, refunds and replacements are not available for issues arising from improper application, failure to follow instructions, surface incompatibility, product misuse, customer error, environmental exposure, weather conditions, structural movement or installation failure. Maxxseal does not reimburse labor costs, installation or removal expenses, downtime, lost profits or any incidental, consequential or indirect damages.
NO WARRANTY IMPLICATION
Approval of a return, refund, replacement or credit does not create, extend or imply any warranty coverage. All products are subject solely to any express written warranty issued by Maxxseal, if applicable and all other warranties are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
